MEINERT-Trafo Bearings - Transformer Bearings

Meinert-Transformer-Bearings are special engineered and designed rubber-to-metal-bonded-parts for the operation of transformers standing on rolls.

Without elastically elements between the rolls of transformers and the underground it is feasible that the vibrations are going to destruct the superstructure.

With the right evaluation of the Meinert-Trafo-Bearings the vibrations will be damped in an enormous manner and achieved a smooth operation of the transformers.
Pending on the magnitude of deflection the noise reduction level is about approx. 20 up to approx. 35 dB!

By using of four Meinert-Trafo-Bearings transformers with a total weight between approx. 1 ton and approx. 15 tons can be suspensed.

Type of load / -directions:

  • compression

Statically maximum load:

  • compression:  30 kN

Types:

The MEINERT-Trafo-Bearing range differs two sizes with each three hardness grades:

  • Trafo-Bearing 230:
    Dimension: ground plate L/B/H: 230 x 70 x 60 mm
For Trafos with roll diameter up to 160 mm and width up to 58 mm
For Trafos with a weight between approx. 0,8 t and approx. 5,6 t
  • Trafo-Bearing 330:
    Dimension: ground plate L/B/H: 330 x 100 x 70 mm
For Trafos with roll diameter up to 200 mm and width up to 88 mm
For Trafos with a weight between approx. 1,7 t and approx. 15,3 t
